First Time User Help

The first time you log in, you will enter the User ID and temporary password that were sent to you through email or provided by your program administrator. Your initial temporary password is only valid for a limited time; by default, it expires after 90 days. Contact your program administrator if your initial temporary password has expired and you need to have it reset.

Once you enter your login credentials, you are directed through a quick process to create a new password and register your computer.

Note:    When you log in, you may be prompted to enter your Organization ID, which is also included in the email. If you don't want to enter it each time you log in, select Remember my Organization ID. You should not select this option if you log in to your account from a public computer.

If you were not sent your login information but you have received your card, you may be able to use the online account registration process to create your profile.

To log in for the first time:

  1. In the User ID field, enter the User ID assigned by your program administrator. This ID uniquely identifies you within your organization.

  2. In the Password field, enter your case-sensitive temporary password. Your initial password is assigned by J.P. Morgan and may only be used once. You will create a new password on the next screen.

  3. Click Log In. The First Time Log In — Create Password screen displays.
