You should log out each time you finish using PaymentNet. Logging out ensures your account cannot be accessed without your permission after you leave your computer.
PaymentNet automatically logs you out after 15 minutes of inactivity. After 12 minutes of inactivity, PaymentNet displays a message to warn you that your session is about to expire and any unsaved work will be lost. If you do not respond to the warning message, you will be automatically logged out three minutes later.
In addition, a warning message appears and PaymentNet automatically logs you out after eight hours of continuous use. You will then be redirected to the Log In screen. You must log in again to resume activity, which includes completing any updates that were not saved.
To log out:
Click the Log Out link on the PaymentNet toolbar (located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen).
