Online Account Registration — Create User ID

Now that you have verified your identity, you must create a User ID to access your account.

Your User ID must contain 6-20 alphanumeric characters and must be unique. It cannot include special characters, and it is not case-sensitive. Your organization may have other requirements. If you have questions, please contact your program administrator.

Note:    If you enter a User ID that already exists in your organization, two available options may display. You may choose one of the options or create your own unique ID.

After you create your User ID, a temporary password will be sent to your email address.

To create your User ID:

1. Enter a unique ID in the New User ID field.

2. Click Next. Your User ID is created and the Online Account Registration — Get Password screen displays.
