PaymentNet Online Help and additional resources are available from the Help menu on the PaymentNet toolbar. PaymentNet documentation includes the following components:
Context-sensitive help. These topics give you a high-level description of the screen you are currently viewing in PaymentNet. To display context-sensitive help for the current screen, select Help > Help For This Page.
Extensive help guide. Each context-sensitive help topic features links to specific topics in the help guide. These topics give you detailed instructions about the tasks you can perform on the current screen, as well as additional information about related tasks. To view the full help guide, select Help > Help Index.
Resources page. Additional resources, such as Quick Reference Cards and the What’s New release notes, are available for you to download from the Resources page. You can also view short training videos on this page to help you become familiar with PaymentNet features and learn how to do basic tasks. Access to these resources varies based on your role. To view the Resources page, select Help > Resources.
Note: Downloading and viewing PDF files from the Resources page requires Adobe Acrobat Reader®, which is available for free on the Adobe website. If you need assistance with obtaining any of these documents, contact your J.P. Morgan program coordinator or relationship manager.
To help you find the information you need, PaymentNet Online Help provides a table of contents, an index, and a glossary that defines key terms used in PaymentNet. These features display in a sidebar on the right side of the screen.
Online help also includes a search function
with type-ahead and auto-complete features, automatic ranking of search
results, and optional highlighting of your search terms in the topic content.
You can also print the currently displayed topic using the Print icon
in the header .
In addition, you can save frequently visited
topics as favorites for easy access. While viewing a topic you want to
save, click the Set as favorite icon
to add it to the Favorites list. Click the Favorites icon
to view your saved favorite topics. To remove a topic
from the list, click the Unset as favorite icon
in the Favorites List or in the header
.
Note: When you save a help topic to the Favorites list, the setting is stored in the browser. If you clear the cookies in your browser, any topics you saved to the Favorites List will be removed.
