Using the Online Help

PaymentNet Online Help and additional resources are available from the Help menu on the PaymentNet toolbar. PaymentNet documentation includes the following components:

Features

To help you find the information you need, PaymentNet Online Help provides a table of contents, an index, and a glossary that defines key terms used in PaymentNet. These features display in a sidebar on the right side of the screen.

Online help also includes a search function with type-ahead and auto-complete features, automatic ranking of search results, and optional highlighting of your search terms in the topic content. You can also print the currently displayed topic using the Print icon in the header Print icon.

In addition, you can save frequently visited topics as favorites for easy access. While viewing a topic you want to save, click the Set as favorite icon Set as favorite icon to add it to the Favorites list. Click the Favorites icon Favorites icon to view your saved favorite topics. To remove a topic from the list, click the Unset as favorite icon Unset as favorite icon in the Favorites List in the Favorites List or in the header Unset as favorite icon in the header.

Note:    When you save a help topic to the Favorites list, the setting is stored in the browser. If you clear the cookies in your browser, any topics you saved to the Favorites List will be removed.
