Reporting a Stolen Card

To report a stolen card:

  1. Click the My Accounts item on the PaymentNet menu bar.

  2. In the Account Number column, click the account number for the card you want to report.

  3. In the I’d Like To... list, click Report a stolen card.

  4. Call the customer service phone number on the Report Stolen Card screen to address any potential fraud.
