Use the Screen Views tab to determine which columns you want to display and the order in which you want them to appear on the Transaction List screen in PaymentNet.
Note:You can also configure the screen view by clicking the Customize Columns link when viewing the Transaction List screen.
To configure a screen view:
Click the My Profile link on the PaymentNet toolbar.
Click the Screen Views tab.
From the Screen To Configure list, select the Transaction List screen.
In the Number of items per page field, enter or select the number of items you want to display.
To add one or more fields to the screen, select them in the Available Columns list and click Add.
To select fields in sequential order, click the name of the first field you want to display, hold down the SHIFT key, and click the name of the last field you want to display. All the fields in the selected group will be added.
To select fields in non-sequential order, click a field name, hold down the CTRL key, and click the names of the additional fields in any order. Only the selected fields will be added.
To add all the available fields in the list to the display, click Add All.
To remove one or more fields from the screen, select them in the Selected Columns list and click Remove.
Note:Some columns are configured to be required, either by PaymentNet or by your program administrator. You cannot remove these columns from the display.
To select fields in sequential order, click the name of the first field you want to remove, hold down the SHIFT key, and click the name of the last field you want to remove. All the fields in the selected group will be removed.
To select fields in non-sequential order, click a field name, hold down the CTRL key, and click the names of the additional fields in any order. Only the selected fields will be removed.
To remove all the non-required fields from the display, click Remove All.
To change the order in which columns appear on the screen, select a column in the Selected Columns list and move it up or down using the adjacent buttons.
To move a column to the top of the list, click Move to Top.
To move a column up one position, click Move Up.
To move a column down one position, click Move Down.
To move a column to the bottom of the list, click Move to Bottom.
Click Save.
