You can change your answers to the security questions or delete your answers altogether. While answers to only three security questions are required, J.P. Morgan recommends that you answer all five questions.
To manage your security questions:
Click the My Profile link on the PaymentNet toolbar.
Click Change Security Questions.
Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
To change your answer to a security question, click the X located in the corresponding field and enter your updated answer.
To delete your answer to a security question, click the X located in the corresponding field.
Click Save. When the Confirm Security Questions window displays, any answers you changed are unmasked, and any deleted answers are blank.
Verify the answers you changed.
If you need to make any changes, click Edit to return to the Change Security Questions window. If your answers are correct, click Submit.
