Viewing Transaction Audit History

You can review the audit history of the last 20 changes made to a transaction within PaymentNet. Audit data, such as user information related to field changes, is stored for 13 months and then deleted from PaymentNet.

To review transaction audit history:

  1. Select Transactions > Manage and click the transaction you want to view.

  2. Click the History tab and review the transaction history fields described in the table below.

Transaction History Fields

Field

Description

Change Date

The date when the transaction was modified.

Change Time

The time when the transaction was modified.

Field Name

The name of the field that was modified.

Previous Value

The value of the field before it was changed.

New Value

The value of the field after it was changed.

Modified By

The user ID of the individual who made the change. If a J.P. Morgan Customer Service representative makes a transaction change, then “Customer Service” displays as the value.
