Transactions to which receipts have been attached are marked with a paper clip icon on the Transaction List screen. To view a list of the receipts and additional details, including the reference data provided when the receipt was attached, click the icon or follow the instructions below.
To view the receipt list for a transaction:
Select Transactions > Manage and click the transaction for which you want to view the receipt list.
Click the Receipts tab and review the fields described in the table below.

Receipt Name |
The name of the receipt. The coversheet ID is always appended to the receipt name of a faxed receipt. |
File Type |
The file format in which the receipt image was provided. For uploaded receipts, the file type can be one of the following: PDF, JPG, GIF, TIFF, or PNG. For faxed images, the file type is always PDF. |
File Size |
The size of the uploaded file. |
Description |
A description of the purchase to which the receipt applies. |
Receipt Amount |
The dollar amount of the transaction as shown on the receipt. |
Receipt Currency |
The currency in which the purchase was made. |
Receipt Date |
The date when the receipt was issued. |
Upload Date |
The date when the receipt was uploaded to PaymentNet or sent by fax. |
