When issuing a new card for an account, you can have it delivered to a pre-set location identified by a card delivery site code (for example, a branch or regional location). If your organization uses Account Request Manager, you can also specify a card delivery site code when processing an application for a new account.
Each site code can be made available for assignment to new cards, lost or stolen cards, replacement cards, or any combination of these.
Note:Site codes are set up at the processor. If you require any changes to the address associated with a site code, or to the type of card to which the site code can be assigned, these changes must be made at the processor. Contact your J.P. Morgan program coordinator or relationship manager for assistance.
You can view card delivery site code information and also enter or modify site code names.
To view the site code list and enter a site name:
Select Accounts > Card Delivery Sites.
In the Site Name field, enter or modify the name of the site. The name may be up to 20 characters long and may not include a colon (:).
Click Save.
