As a program administrator, you can order new convenience checks for your cardholders. Checks are shipped within five business days of the order date. If you need a more immediate response or would like the checks mailed to a different address, call your J.P. Morgan program coordinator.
Note:Once you complete an order for convenience checks in PaymentNet, you cannot cancel the order in PaymentNet. To cancel an order, you must call your J.P. Morgan program coordinator.

To order convenience checks:
Select Accounts > Manage and click the account for which you want to order convenience checks. Or, while viewing other information about an account, select Take me to > Account Detail.
Click the Controls tab.
From the Convenience Checks list, select Order New Checks.
Click Go.
To complete the check order, click Continue.
