If your organization uses Account Request Manager, you can view the J.P. Morgan Cardholder Acknowledgement, and any required company-specific policies, for those in your organization who have applied for a card online. For more information, see Viewing Application Details.
The cardholder acknowledgement lists details such as the date, time, and conditions to which a cardholder agreed when applying for a card. You can download and save or print a PDF version of the acknowledgement if, for example, you want to include it in the cardholder’s personnel file.
To view a cardholder acknowledgement:
Select Accounts > Manage and click the account you want to view. Or, while viewing other information about an account, select Take me to > Account Detail.
Click the History tab.
Click View Cardholder Acknowledgements. (If this button is not shown, the account does not have a cardholder acknowledgement.)
To view a PDF copy of the acknowledgement, click Download Acknowledgements.
