Working with Account Requests

You can use the Account Request screen to view a list of outstanding account requests submitted within the last seven days, review details about account change requests, and update request details.

Viewing the Account Request List

You can use the Account Request List screen to view pending updates for accounts within your scope of view.

To view the account request list:

Select Accounts > Status.

Viewing Account Request Details

You can use the Account Request Detail screen to review account change details. This screen displays information about the account request change, including the request date, the status, the user ID of the individual who submitted the change, the account number, and the account holder’s name.

You can also click the Account Number link to view detailed information about the account.

To view account request details:

  1. Select Accounts > Status.

  2. Click the Request Type link for the request you want to view.

  3. Use the General Information, Controls, and MCC Group Controls tabs to view the requested field changes, along with the previous value and the new value.

Updating Account Request Details

Program administrators can mark account requests as Completed or Failed. This function is available only if the current account request status is Initiated or Submitted.

To update account request details:

  1. Select Accounts > Status.

  2. Select either Mark Completed or Mark Failed for the account request you want to modify.

  3. Click Save.
