The submitted application is pending approval.

Awaiting PA Approval

The application has been approved and requires final processing by the program administrator.

A green check mark indicates no errors; a red triangle with an exclamation point indicates errors.

Preview, View, Edit, Process, Reject

Completed

The application requires no further action; the account has been successfully created.

To find applications with this status, perform a system query for completed applications.

None. Completed applications require no action on your part.

Creating

The application has been approved by the program administrator and sent to PaymentNet for processing.

Failed

The application failed at the processor. In these instances, you can reset the status to Awaiting PA Approval, fix any issues, and resubmit the application for processing.

Partial Complete

The application has been created at the processor with errors. This status value displays only for new accounts.

To find applications with this status, perform a system query for completed applications.

None. Partially complete applications require no action on your part; the system will continue to process the application until it is complete.

Rejected

The application has been rejected by an approver or by the program administrator.

Preview, View, Reset to Awaiting PA Approval

Stalled

Workflow reminders have been sent but the approver has neither approved nor rejected the application.

Unknown

The application status could not be determined. This situation may occur when a data update is not returned from the processor. This status often displays temporarily and changes once new data is obtained.
