Archiving a Template

If your organization has templates that are no longer needed, you can archive them by changing their status to Archived. Archived templates are not deleted, but they can no longer be used to submit applications. Any applications that have already been submitted when you archive a template are not affected. If you later need to use the template again, you can change its status back to Published.

To archive a template:

  1. Select Accounts > Account Request Manager > Templates.

  2. If the template status is Draft, click the arrow in the Menu column and select View/Edit.

    If the template status is Published, click the arrow in the Menu column and select View.

  3. Click Archive to change the template status to Archived.

To restore an archived template:

  1. Select Accounts > Account Request Manager > Templates.

  2. Click the arrow in the Menu column and select View.

  3. Click Restore to change the template status to Published.
