You can choose to receive email notifications about application activity so that you can monitor application progress and determine required tasks. You can receive notifications on a daily or weekly basis; however, emails are generated only if there is activity within the notification period..
In each notification, applications are grouped together under a status of either In Process or Final.
In Process includes applications that are in review, but have not yet been approved. Applications in this category have one of the following status values: Awaiting Approval, Awaiting PA Approval, Failed, Stalled, or Partial Complete.
Final includes applications that have been approved or rejected within the last seven days. Applications in this category have a status value of Completed or Rejected.
To manage application emails:
Select Accounts > Account Request Manager > Notifications.
To receive notifications, select the Application Status Summary check box and indicate the frequency with which you want to receive them, either Weekly or Daily. For weekly notifications, use the drop-down list to select the day (Monday through Friday).
To opt out of all email notifications, clear the Application Status Summary check box.
Click Save.
