Application Notifications

You can choose to receive email notifications about application activity so that you can monitor application progress and determine required tasks. You can receive notifications on a daily or weekly basis; however, emails are generated only if there is activity within the notification period..

In each notification, applications are grouped together under a status of either In Process or Final.

To manage application emails:

  1. Select Accounts > Account Request Manager > Notifications.

  2. To receive notifications, select the Application Status Summary check box and indicate the frequency with which you want to receive them, either Weekly or Daily. For weekly notifications, use the drop-down list to select the day (Monday through Friday).

    To opt out of all email notifications, clear the Application Status Summary check box.

  3. Click Save.
