You can modify the fields of a custom role as necessary. System roles cannot be modified.
To modify a custom user role:
Select Administration > Role Setup.
Click the name of the custom role to be modified.
Modify the role name in the Role ID field. The Role ID is required and must be unique.
Modify the description of the role in the Role Description field.
In the Functions / Options list, select the check box for each function you want to enable for the custom role, or clear the check box for each function you want to disable.
Click Save.
