Managing Certificates

Use the Employee Detail - SUA User Access screen to upload, view, and delete public-key certificates for use with the Single-Use Accounts API. To load a certificate, you must be assigned the Order Requestor role.

Before attempting to load a public-key certificate, you must ensure that it will be used only with the Single-Use Accounts API. In addition, ensure that the certificate was created using the following requirements:

All certificate files selected for upload to PaymentNet will be scanned for viruses. If a virus is detected, the upload will fail. When installing a certificate, please allow 15 days for the certificate to be fully installed.

Note:If your organization uses Payment Instruction Files or Master Vendor Lists, you can also use this screen to enable email notifications that result from the processing of these files. To enable these notifications, edit the employee details for the user ID that is set up for the transfer of these files, then select the desired notification options and supply the email addresses as described below.

To load a certificate:

  2. Click the SUA User Access tab.

  3. To send email notifications to this user if exceptions occur during the processing of a Payment Instruction File, select Enable Payment Instruction Exception Emails and enter one or more email addresses, separated by semicolons. Note that each email address is limited to a total of 50 characters.

  4. To send email notifications to this user when a Master Vendor List is processed, select Enable Master Vendor List Emails and enter one or more email addresses, separated by semicolons. Note that each email address is limited to a total of 50 characters.
