You can use the Query feature in PaymentNet to quickly identify and sort the data relevant to your workflow and management tasks.
The following types of queries are available in PaymentNet:
A Quick Query allows you to perform a basic search for information using system-defined fields. Quick Queries provide a fast way to complete a basic search.
An Advanced Query allows you to create complex filters using additional criteria. You can save an Advanced Query for future use or set an Advanced Query as a default query. This way, you can avoid the task of creating a new query each time you want to find specific data.
A System or Standard Query allows you to perform a search using a more complex set of predefined criteria than a Quick Query.
You can perform and manage Quick and Advanced Queries in the following PaymentNet modules: Accounts, Employees, Merchant Category Codes, Merchants, Payables, and Transactions. System and Standard Queries are available only in the Payables and Transactions modules. All types of queries are available in Account Request Manager.
