You can view the current hierarchy structure or review the history of changes made to the hierarchy.
Note:Audit data may take up to twenty-four hours to update. Therefore, changes made in PaymentNet may not display on this screen until the next day.
To view your hierarchy structure:
Select Administration > Hierarchy > Manage.
Use the +/- icons to expand or collapse nodes in the hierarchy tree as needed.
To view the hierarchy history:
Select Administration > Hierarchy > Manage.
Click the History link and review the history fields, which are described in the table below.

The hierarchy ID where the change took place. |

The value of the hierarchy setting after the change was made. |
Modified By |
The user ID of the individual that made the change. |
