The Import Error List screen indicates the row in an import file where an error occurred and displays a message that describes the error.
To view the Import Error List screen:
Select Administration > Imports.
Click the link in the Name column. Links are available only for files that returned a status of Failed or Successful with Errors.
To fix a line item failure, locate the row in the import file and correct the problem. You can then attempt the import again by doing one of the following:
Resubmit the same file.
Create a new file that contains only the lines you fixed and import that file.
