Viewing the Import Error List

The Import Error List screen indicates the row in an import file where an error occurred and displays a message that describes the error.

To view the Import Error List screen:

  1. Select Administration > Imports.

  2. Click the link in the Name column. Links are available only for files that returned a status of Failed or Successful with Errors.

To fix a line item failure, locate the row in the import file and correct the problem. You can then attempt the import again by doing one of the following:
