Setting the Default Account

If you have more than one card account, you can use the My Account List screen to set the default account. When you review statements, the most recent statement for the default account displays first.

An account must have a status of Active, New, or Pending to be set as the default. An account with a status of Suspended or Lost Or Stolen cannot be set as the default.

To set the default account:

  1. Click the My Accounts item on the PaymentNet menu bar.

  2. In the Default column, select the account you want to set as the default.

  3. Click Save.
