Viewing and Editing Account Information

From the My Account List screen, you can view the card status and access payment and statement information about all your card accounts, including the current balance, available credit, hierarchy ID, credit limit, and address information.

Note:If you requested a new or replacement card for this account in the past 90 days, you can also see tracking information for your request, including the name of the carrier, the tracking number, and the date when the shipping label was created. (Note that this date may not be the same date when the card was picked up by the carrier.) This information is especially useful for anticipating when a rush card delivery will arrive.

If the cardholder self-service option is enabled for your organization and hierarchy, you can also edit some of the account information, provided the account is in Active or Suspended status. If the self-service option is not enabled, you cannot make any changes to your account information.

  1. Click the My Accounts item on the PaymentNet menu bar.

  2. Click the Account Number link.

  3. On the My Account Detail screen, update the Cardholder Address and Contact Information fields as necessary.

  4. Click Save.
