Description
Use this report to view notifications that failed to be delivered due to invalid email addresses. Notification attempts might fail due to an error in the email address, a change in the domain, or a change in the email address.
This report also includes emails that bounce back for other reasons. For example, an email might be interpreted as spam if the client’s email server is temporarily down. This type of email failure cannot be resolved within PaymentNet and will only be included in the report once.
To determine why a notification was not delivered, review the Failure Code and Failure Description columns in the report. For a full list of all possible email failure codes and descriptions, review the Email Failure Codes List.
