Report Customization Options by Role

Standard reports are an extensive set of reports provided with PaymentNet. You can create your own version of a standard report by changing some of the settings and saving the report under a new name. You cannot change which data columns are included in a standard report; you can only change the settings noted in the table below.

Template-based reports are reports you create by starting with a template provided by J.P. Morgan, changing the settings as needed, and saving your new report under a new name. Program administrators can make changes to all the settings when creating a template-based report. Users with other roles who have been given access to the report can make limited changes to the settings, as noted in the table below, and then save their report under a new name.

The following table indicates which report settings can be modified based on the report type (standard or template-based), and which roles have the ability to modify these settings.
