Share the report with other users

Report type: Template-based reports only

Use the Sharing options on the Output Options tab to allow other users to run the report, based on their roles. When a report is shared, users with the specified roles will see it in their Report List. They can run the report as it is, or they can make limited changes to its settings, such as changing the filter and sort criteria, output format, and schedule, and then save the report under a new name.

When a program administrator shares a report with any role, it is automatically shared with all PAs at the root level of the hierarchy. These root PAs become owners of the report and can make a copy of the report or delete it from the Report List. Note that when a root PA deletes a shared report, it is also removed from the Report List for all roles it was shared with.

To share a report:

On the Output Options tab, select one or more roles, or select All listed roles to share the report with users in all roles.
