Searching for Vendors

You can perform a Quick Search on the Vendor List screen to find specific vendors. For example, you can search for vendors that have the same status or that have recently updated their information in SUA Connection.

Quick Query options that are available from the Vendor List screen include:

• Vendor Name

• Vendor Email

• Vendor ID

• Site ID

• Vendor Status

• Settlement Process

For vendors who are registered with SUA Connection, you can also search by the following fields:

• SUA Connection - Company Name

• SUA Connection - Status

• SUA Connection - Last Updated. If you select this filter, the results will include only those vendors that have updated their information in SUA Connection in the past 30 days.

To search for vendors:

1. On the Vendor List screen, select a query field from the Search Vendors by list.

2. Enter a value in the corresponding text box or select a value from the drop-down list.

3. Click Search to see a list of the vendors that match your search criteria.

If there are no vendors that match your criteria, you can click View All Vendors to display a list of all the vendors for your card program.

To remove your search criteria, click Clear Filter.
