Recurring Payments

You can schedule, view, or cancel a recurring payment.

Even if you have set up a recurring payment schedule, you can still submit additional one-time payments. Depending on the frequency and timing of one-time payments, the recurring payment amount may exceed the current amount due but it will never exceed the total outstanding balance on the account.

If a recurring payment is expected to exceed the total outstanding balance, the recurring payment amount will automatically be adjusted down to the total outstanding balance to prevent an account credit. An email notification regarding the new recurring payment amount will be sent before the payment is processed.

If the account balance is $0.00 when a recurring payment is scheduled to process, the payment is canceled and an email notification is sent to the address associated with your account.

The first recurring payment must be scheduled before 4 p.m. CT to be applied on the same business day.
