Viewing a One-Time Payment

You can view detailed information about a one-time payment. When you view the payment details, you see the bank account used for the payment, the payment amount, the payment date, whether or not the payment has been processed, and the payment confirmation number. Any pending payments for the account are also listed. If a payment is scheduled to be processed at least 48 hours in the future, you have the option to modify the payment details and submit your changes.

To view a one-time payment:

  1. Select Payments > Manage to see a list of payments for all accounts.

    Alternatively, cardholders can click My Accounts on the PaymentNet menu bar to display the My Account List screen. Then, in the Payment column, click the View Payment List button for an account.

    While viewing other information about a cardholder’s account, program administrators can also select Take me to > Payment List - Activity to view a list of payments for the current account.

  2. Select a payment to view detailed information about it.
