Tracing a Stalled Transaction

If a transaction becomes stalled during the approval process, you can trace its progress through the workflow.

To trace a stalled transaction:

  1. Select Transactions > Approve.

  2. Run the Stalled Transactions - Last 60 Days query to display a list of stalled transactions.

  3. Click the stalled transaction you want to trace.

  4. In the Approval Status area, view the list of approvers in the workflow. The first approval level where the approver name is blank indicates the level where the transaction became stalled.

  5. Click the link for any hierarchy ID to see the full hierarchy.
