Forgot Your Organization ID or User ID — Provide Information

If you cannot remember your Organization ID or User ID, you can request this information by entering your email address or by providing your account number and an additional verification option.

To use your account number to verify your identity, follow the steps below. To use your email address, see Forgot Your Organization ID or User ID — Verify Email Address.

In addition to providing your account number, you must select one of three verification options: Last 4 Digits of Access Code 1, Access Code 2, or Business Phone Number. Enter a response that matches the value associated with your card account. For example, if the last four digits of Access Code 1 for your card account are 1234, enter 1234. To determine the options used by your organization, contact your program administrator.

Note:    If you enter incorrect responses, your account access may be restricted after multiple access attempts. If you are having trouble, contact J.P. Morgan Customer Service by calling the number on the back of your card. If you do not have your card, see Customer Service.

To retrieve your Organization ID and User ID:

  1. Click Use Commercial Card Information Instead.

  2. Enter your 16-digit card number in the J.P. Morgan Commercial Card Number field.

  3. Select one additional option to verify your identity.

  4. Enter the response exactly as it is saved to your card account.

  5. Click Next. Your Organization ID and User ID display on screen, along with a confirmation message indicating that this information has also been sent to the email address in your profile.
