Forgot Your Password — Verify Identity

Use the Forgot Your Password functionality if you are unable to remember your current password or have trouble logging in. You must know your User ID and email address to reset your password; you may also be prompted to enter your Organization ID. In addition, you are required to enter an access code, which will be emailed to you, to verify your identity.

The table below provides instructions on how to proceed with the information you have.

You don't remember your User ID.

On the Log In screen, click Forgot your User ID? to request your User ID. After retrieving your User ID, you will be able to reset your password.

For assistance, contact your program administrator or contact J.P. Morgan Customer Service using the phone number on the back of your card. If you do not have your card, see Customer Service.

You are prompted for your Organization ID but you don't remember it.

On the Log In screen, click Forgot your Organization ID or User ID? to request your User ID. After retrieving your Organization ID, you will be able to reset your password.

You don't remember the email address associated with your account profile.

You don't remember your password and you have never logged in.

Contact your program administrator for assistance.

You don't remember your password, but you know your User ID.

On the Log In screen, click Forgot Your Password?. Then follow the steps below to reset your password.

To begin the process of resetting your password:

  1. In the User ID field, enter the User ID assigned by your program administrator. This ID uniquely identifies you within your organization.

  2. In the Email Address field, enter the email address associated with your account profile.

  3. Click Next. The Forgot Your Password — Provide Access Code screen displays.
