You can configure an export file that includes data from the Transactions module in PaymentNet.
Before you create an export file, it is a good idea to run a query for the records you want to include. This reduces the number of records in the list, making it easier for you to locate the data you want to export. You can select individual records to export, as well as specify the output file format. For detailed information about transaction queries, see Searching for Transactions.
By default, each record in the export file includes only the columns that are currently visible in your screen view. To change which columns are exported, you must modify your screen view before creating the export file. For more information, see Customizing Your Screen View.
To configure an export file:
Navigate to the Transaction List screen.
Perform a query to find the data you want to export. You can select a Quick Query from the New Query list, perform an Advanced Query by clicking the Advanced Query button, or select a saved query from the Filter By list.
Note:PaymentNet can display up to 10,000 records at a time. If your query includes more than 10,000 records, PaymentNet notifies you that only 10,000 records will be displayed.
Select one or more records to export.
Note:Even though a maximum of 10,000 records display at one time on the Transaction List screen, if you click the Select All button and more than 10,000 records exist, PaymentNet exports the total number of records, not just the 10,000 that display.
Click Export All.
