On the Account Detail - General Information screen, you can view tracking information about the delivery of a physical card that has been requested for an account. This information is especially useful if rush delivery has been requested.
Tracking information will appear the next business day after a request is submitted and will be available for 90 days. If an account has had multiple card requests in the past 90 days, only the tracking information for the most recent request is shown.
The card account history reflects the tracking information for all requests for a period of 13 months. For more information about viewing the account history, see Viewing the Account History. You can also obtain tracking information from the Account Audit report; for more information, see Account Audit (Report # R003) or Account Audit - MS Excel (Report # R003E).
To view delivery tracking details:
Select Accounts > Manage.
Click the account you want to view.
Review the Card Delivery fields. These fields show the name of the carrier, the tracking number, and the date when the shipping label was created (note that this may not be the same date when the card was picked up by the carrier.)
