Viewing the Account History

The Account Detail - History screen lists the last 20 saved changes made to a card account. Audit data, such as user information related to field changes, is stored for 13 months and then deleted from PaymentNet.

From this screen, you can also view and download cardholder agreements. For more information, see Viewing a Cardholder Acknowledgement.

To view the account history:

  1. Select Accounts > Manage and click the account you want to view. Or, while viewing other information about an account, select Take me to > Account Detail.

  2. Click the History tab and review the account history fields, which are described in the table below.

Account History Fields

Field

Description

Change Date

The date when the account was changed (in mm/dd/yyyy format).

Change Time

The time when the account was changed (in hh:mm:ss format).

Field Name

The name of the field that was modified.

Previous Value

The value of the field before it was changed.

New Value

The value of the field after it was changed.

Modified By

The user ID of the individual who made the change.
