The Template List screen lists the templates that are available for your organization. You can view, edit, publish, and archive templates from this screen.
An application template can have one of three statuses, as defined in the following table.

Definition |

Published |
The application link is active for use. You cannot edit a template while it is in Published status. |
Draft |
The application link is deactivated and you can edit the template. The same link will be reactivated when you publish the template again. Only new applications will reflect the changes to the template. Applications that have already been submitted but have not yet been approved are not affected. |
Archived |
The template is no longer needed for your organization and has been archived. The application link is no longer valid and no new applications can be submitted using this template; however, applications that have already been submitted can still be processed. Select Accounts > Account Request Manager > Templates.
