The Items Awaiting Your Action panel provides you with quick links to key actions. The available links in this list depend on your assigned role and can include such actions as:
Downloading files. This link indicates the number of new files that are available for you to download, such as reports and export files. Click the link to view a list of these files.
Reviewing transactions. This link indicates the total number of new transactions across all your accounts. Click the link to view a list of these transactions. If an approval process is in place, you can also review your transactions.
Approving transactions. This link displays if there are transactions awaiting your approval. Click the link to view a list of these transactions. For more information, see Transaction Approval Workflow.
Activating a new card. This link displays if you have a new card that needs to be activated. Click the link to confirm the expiration date and activate your new card.
Changing your password. If your password is due to expire within 30 days, this link indicates the number of days until it expires. Click the link to change your password.
Approving card applications. This link displays if card applications submitted online are awaiting your approval using Account Request Manager. Click the link to view a list of these applications. For more information, see Processing an Application.
Viewing email addresses to which system emails could not be delivered. This link displays for program administrators if system emails related to logins and payments could not be delivered to users within your scope of view. Click the link to generate the Invalid Email Addresses Report. For more information, see Invalid Email Addresses - MS Excel (Report # R094E).
Note:When new email failures are flagged or when previously flagged addresses continue to fail, the notification displays the following day. Once all flagged addresses are corrected, the notification no longer displays.
