Employee Summary

The Employee Summary tab shows information about your users’ recent activity in PaymentNet. Click any of the links on this tab to view a list of the applicable employees on the Employee List screen.

You can also create a new PaymentNet user from this screen by clicking the Add New Employee button. For detailed information about creating a new employee, see Creating an Employee.

Description

Employee Management

Shows the number of inactive users whose logins are disabled or will be purged soon.

  • Users with Disabled Log Ins - The number of employees whose logins have been disabled in the past 30 days because they entered an invalid access code three consecutive times.

  • Users Purging Within 30 Days - The number of employees whose logins will be purged from the system in the next 30 days because of inactivity.

Employee Status

Shows the number of users who are currently active, inactive, or new to PaymentNet.

  • Active Users - The number of users by role whose profiles have a status of Active. Users with custom roles are listed under a single “Custom” category. Users with multiple roles will be counted in each role category; therefore, the total number of active users can be greater than the sum of the individual categories. Roles with no active users are not shown.

  • Inactive Users - The number of users whose profiles have a status of Inactive.

  • New Users - The number of new user IDs created in the past 7 days.

Employee Activity

Shows the number of users whose profiles have recently been modified and also summarizes users’ login activity.

  • Modified Users - The number of users whose profiles have been modified in the past 7 days.

  • Users Logged In - The number of active users who have logged in to PaymentNet in the past 30 days.

  • Users Not Logged In - The number of users in Active status who have not logged in to PaymentNet in the past 90 days.
