Once you successfully run a flex mapper, you can download a flex mapper file to your local machine. Mappers remain accessible from the Available Downloads screen for 365 calendar days.
If your organization uses shared mappers, and you have the correct scope of view, you can also download a mapper created by another program administrator in your organization. For more information about shared mappers, see Sharing Mappers.
To download a flex mapper:
Select Reports > Download.
To filter the available downloads, select one of the following options:
My Downloads Only
Select this option to display only your items, including your mapper files, that are available for download. By default, this option is selected.
Mapper Only
Select this option to display all of the mappers that have been run within your organization. Unless you have the correct scope of view, you will only be able to download those mappers that you have run.
Click the name of the file you want to download.
When prompted, click Open to open the file or Save to save the file to your local machine.
