You can edit a flex mapper as needed. For example, you might need to change the scheduled mapper run date.
If your organization uses shared mappers, you can edit a mapper created by another program administrator in your organization. If you want to create a copy of another user’s mapper, you must give it a new name when you save it. If you do not give the mapper a new name, or if you are editing your own mapper, saving the mapper will update the existing mapper. For more information about shared mappers, see Sharing Mappers.
To edit a flex mapper:
Select Administration > Mappers.
To filter the mapper list, select one of the following options:
My Mappers Only
Select this option to display only the flex mappers you created. This option is selected by default.
All Mappers
Select this option to display either all of the flex mappers in your organization or all of the flex mappers in the hierarchy over which you have scope of view.
Review the following information:
Mapper Name
The name of the mapper.
Mapper Type
The type of mapper that was created: Flex Mapper, Standard Mapper, Custom Mapper, or DEU Mapper.
Hierarchy ID
The hierarchy ID to which the mapper belongs.
Created by
The first and last name of the user who created the mapper.
Created
The date and time when the mapper was created.
Schedule
The schedule and frequency at which the mapper is set to run.
Click the name of the mapper you want to edit.
Review and edit the flex mapper fields as needed. For descriptions of these fields, see Creating a Flex Mapper.
If you edited the mapper of another user and want to create a copy that retains those changes, rather than overwrite the other user’s mapper, you must enter a new name for the mapper in the Name field.
Click Save.
