You can view statements for your card accounts from the Cardholder Dashboard, the PaymentNet menu bar, or the Transaction List screen.
To access a statement from the Cardholder Dashboard:
Click the View link in the Statements panel.
To access a statement from the menu bar:
Click Statements, or click My Accounts and then click the View Statement Detail button in the Statement column for the account you want to view.
If you have more than one account, use the Account Number list to select a different account.
To view the statement for a different billing cycle, select a date from the Billing Date list.
To access a statement by running a query:
On the Transaction List screen, select the Statement query from the Filter By list to see the current statement for your default account.
If you have more than one account, use the For Account list to select a different account.
To view the statement for a different billing cycle, select a date from the Billing Date list.
You can view statements for your cardholders' accounts in the following ways:
From the Account List screen, select Accounts > Manage. Then, from the Take me to list for the account you want to view, select Statement Detail.
While viewing other information about an account, select Statement Detail from the Take me to list.
