PaymentNet provides several System Queries you can use to search for transactions. The table below describes the System Queries that are available on the Transaction List screen.
To perform a System Query for transactions:
Select Transactions > Manage.
Select a query from the Filter By list.
Note:When the query results are displayed, the Transaction List screen is refreshed with data from all of your accounts.

Last 30 Days - System (All Accounts) |
Displays a list of the transactions that have been posted in the last 30 days. |
New Transactions - Last 60 Days (All Accounts) |
Displays a list of the transactions that have been posted in the last 60 days. This query applies only to cardholders; users with other roles will see no results. |
Out of Pocket/Mileage - Last 7 Days |
Displays a list of the cash and mileage transactions that have been created in the last 7 days. This query applies only to organizations in which the Out of Pocket Transactions option is enabled. |
Rejected Transactions - Last 60 Days (All Accounts) |
Displays a list of the transactions that were rejected by an approver and are waiting to be reviewed again by the cardholder. |
Stalled Transactions - Last 60 Days (All Accounts) |
Displays a list of the transactions within the user's scope of view that have become stalled during the approval process in the preceding 60 days. For more information, see Stalled Transactions. |
Statement |
Displays the transactions for a specific account and billing date. This query is available only for cardholders. |
Transaction Flags - Last 7 Days (All Accounts) |
Displays a list of the transactions that have been identified in the last 7 days as violations of the compliance monitoring rules. This query applies only to organizations in which the Compliance Monitoring option is enabled. |
Transaction Flags - Last 30 Days (All Accounts) |
Displays a list of the transactions that have been identified in the last 30 days as violations of the compliance monitoring rules. This query applies only to organizations in which the Compliance Monitoring option is enabled. |
Transaction Flags - Most Recent (All Accounts) |
Displays a list of the transactions that have been identified in the last transaction load as violations of the compliance monitoring rules. This query applies only to organizations in which the Compliance Monitoring option is enabled. |
Waiting for My Approval - Last 60 Days (All Accounts) |
Displays a list of the transactions that have been awaiting the current user's approval for the last 60 days. This query applies only to transaction approvers; users with other roles will see no results. |
