You can view a receipt once it has been attached to a transaction. When a receipt is available to view in PaymentNet, the receipt name becomes a link, which you can click to view the receipt image. Uploaded receipts are always displayed in PDF format, regardless of the format of the uploaded file.
Faxed images are converted to PDF format with the cover sheet as the first page of the PDF file, followed by the receipt images on separate pages. If you fax additional receipts for a transaction that already has receipts attached, a new PDF file is created that contains only the new receipt images; the new receipts are not added to the original PDF file.
If you find that you uploaded or faxed an incorrect receipt, you can replace the receipt or delete the receipt from the transaction.
To view a transaction receipt:
Select Transactions > Manage. Or, while viewing other information about an account, select Take me to > Transaction List - Last 30 Days to see a list of recent transactions for the current account.
Click the transaction for which you want to view a receipt.
Click the Receipts tab.
Click the name of the receipt you want to view.
