You can edit some card account details, including the cardholder’s addresses, card account limits, Merchant Category Code Groups (MCCGs), and other details.
Note: You can edit account details only for a card account with a status of Active or Suspended (user-initiated). If the account has a status of Closed, Lost Or Stolen, Suspended (bank-initiated), or Purged, you can change the account’s hierarchy ID, but you cannot change any other account details. For more information, see Changing a Card Hierarchy.
For security purposes, some card account fields cannot be edited in PaymentNet. These include the User ID, First Name on Card, and Middle Initial fields. Contact your program coordinator if you need to change these field values.
You cannot change the expiration date of a card account. All accounts automatically expire 36 months after they are created.
If the option to synchronize employee and account email addresses is enabled for the hierarchy, you cannot change the email address by editing the account details. For more information about this option, see Enabling Modules.
To edit a card account:
Select Accounts > Manage and click the account you want to edit. Or, while viewing other information about an account, select Take me to > Account Detail.
Modify the account fields as necessary. For detailed information, refer to the tables in Creating a Card Account.
Click Save.
PaymentNet displays the Application Acknowledgement window if you have made changes to personal information fields or to any of the following card account screening information fields: Full First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, or Home Address. Select the check box and click Continue to indicate that you have read and agree to the Acknowledgement.
