When sending a card to a cardholder, you can apply rush delivery when you create a new account, when a card is reported as lost or stolen, or when a replacement is requested for a damaged card.
A $25 fee is charged for rush delivery and, depending on your contract with J.P. Morgan, the delivery time frames vary. All rush deliveries must be mailed to a street address; they cannot be shipped to PO (post office) boxes or APO (army post office) boxes.
Please refer to the Rush Card Delivery time frames in the table below in place of what you see in PaymentNet. Shipping time frames might vary based on the reason the card is requested. For example, a new or lost or stolen card request submitted by 5 p.m. ET arrives in three to four business days. A replacement card request submitted by 5 p.m. ET arrives in one to two business days.
