The Alerts panel appears on the Welcome screen for cardholders if there are compliance monitoring alerts that need to be reviewed. This panel also appears on the Welcome screen for program administrators in organizations that do not use the PA Dashboard.
If your organization does use the PA Dashboard, compliance monitoring alerts are included on the Transaction Summary tab of the Dashboard, and the Alerts panel is not shown on the Welcome screen. For more information, see Program Administrator Dashboard.
To review the list of flagged transactions, click the link in the Alerts panel.
