Changing Your Email Address

You can change the email address where important email notifications are sent. Notifications include completed reports, scheduled payments, transactions ready for review, rejected transactions, and other updates.

The email address on the My Profile screen is linked to the email address on the Employee Detail – User Access screen. For example, if the email address is changed on the My Profile screen, the change will carry over to the Employee Detail screen and vice versa. To change your email address:

  1. Click the My Profile link on the PaymentNet toolbar.

  2. Click Change E-mail Address.

  3. Enter your current password in the Current Password field.

  4. Enter your new email address in the E-mail Address field.

  5. Click Save.
