Payments

Before making an online payment in PaymentNet, you must first set up your bank account information.

Once your bank account information is complete, you can make a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments. You can also view your payment history in PaymentNet.

In addition, you can also send a payment by mail or make a payment over the phone. To make a payment by mail, send it to the following address:

To make a payment by phone, contact J.P. Morgan Customer Service by calling the number on the back of your card. If you do not have your card, see Obtaining Technical Assistance. Customer Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Cardholders can view a list of previous payments and make new payments from either the Payments menu or the My Accounts menu. In addition, you can view and make payments by clicking the View Payments and Make a Payment links in the Payments panel of the Cardholder Dashboard.
