Navigating the Log In Screen

The Log In screen displays each time you access the PaymentNet website.  From this screen, you can log in to your J.P. Morgan Commercial Card account, review the available resources, and read important messages from J.P. Morgan.

The functional elements of the Log In screen are shown in the following figure and described in the table below.

Log In

The links in this panel assist you with the login process.

  • Enter values in the User ID and Password fields to access your account.

  • If you are a returning user and cannot recall your password, click Forgot your Password?.

  • If you are a returning user and cannot recall your User ID, click Forgot your User ID?.

  • Click Bookmark this page to save the Log In screen URL as a browser favorite. For the bookmark to function properly, use this link to save a favorite instead of adding it through the browser menu.

Online Account Registration

If you do not have an online profile to access your account, click the Create your J.P. Morgan Commercial Card Online Account link to begin the online account registration process.

To activate a new card, set a PIN for your account, or register to receive alerts if suspicious activity is identified on your account, click the Enroll/Manage Fraud Alerts or Activate your card link to access the Commercial Card Portal.

The links in this panel provide access to help topics and other resources.

  • Click First Time User Help to review help topics for first-time users.

  • Click Log In Help for general login assistance.

  • Click Customer Service for customer service contact information.

  • Click Security Best Practices to access information about the steps J.P. Morgan takes to ensures the security of its products and safeguard your business information, and the steps you should take if you believe your PaymentNet login information has been compromised.

The Messages panel displays important messages from J.P. Morgan, such as an update about PaymentNet website availability.
