Each time you log in to PaymentNet, you are presented with a Welcome screen that serves as your starting point or home page. The Welcome screen includes several panels that provide information about accounts, transactions, and employees, as described in the table below. Your current user role and your organization settings determine which panels you see on the Welcome screen.

Messages |
Displays important information from J.P. Morgan and your company or organization. For more information, see Messages. |
Program Administrator (PA) Dashboard |
Displays information about accounts, transactions, and employees for users with a Program Administrator role. If the PA Dashboard is enabled for your organization. it displays on the Welcome screen and cannot be removed. For more information, see Program Administrator Dashboard. |
Cardholder Dashboard |
Displays summary information for cardholders about card accounts for users with a Card Holder role. The Cardholder Dashboard displays on the Welcome screen by default if it is enabled in your organization settings, but cardholders can choose to remove it by editing their profiles. Alerts |
Displays compliance monitoring alerts for review. Only cardholders and program administrators can view alerts. For more information, see Alerts. Note: If your organization uses the PA Dashboard, program administrators will see compliance monitoring alerts on the Dashboard, and their Welcome screen will not include the Alerts panel. For more information, see Transaction Summary. |
Note: For users who do not have a Card Holder or Program Administrator role in PaymentNet, the Welcome screen will include only the Messages and Items Awaiting Your Action panels.
